Kristianstad university College is situated in the dynamic Öresund region, in the very south and beautiful Sweden. The university was founded in 1977, but in this region we can trace our roots to the 19th century. Kristianstad University College was founded in 1977, but in this region we can trace our roots way back for teacher's training (1835), nurses (1893) and engineers (1912).

Programmes and courses are offered in the humanities, in social, natural, behavioural and health sciences, business administration and engineering.
Internationalisation is an issue of importance at Kristianstad University College, whether it involves Swedish students going abroad or international students studying here.
