We strive to challenge your approaches, reinforce your professional skills, deepen your cross-cultural perspectives and build a platform for a long-lasting and active network. The Swedish Institute Management Program aims at bringing individuals of remarkable accomplishments in their mid-career together. The program is designed to make the most of common strengths, future potentials and the rapid growth that the participating countries are experiencing — with Corporate Social Responsibility as the overall theme.

By the end of the program the participants become part of a long-term Alumni Network with activities and seminars on a national-, regional- and global level. The focus of the Alumni activities will vary, events will address topics such as: Leadership; Sustainability and transparency in business ; Innovation and Growth; How to manage cross-cultural groups and differences; Global trends: Political and Economical.

Membership in The Swedish Institute Management Network is restricted to the participants of the Swedish Institute Management Program.
