The University of Borås is a modern university in south-west Sweden. The total number of students is nearly 15,000 (6,400 full-time students). During the past decade, the number of international students has increased steadily and contributed to making the University of Borås a dynamic and multicultural place of learning.
Our motto is “Science for the Professions” because we strongly believe in giving our students knowledge and skills which they will be able to use in their working life. Our goal is to provide the students with a high quality education and the skills necessary for pursuing the career of their dreams. Surveys show that a degree from the University of Borås increases student’s employability.
